The State Hydrometeorology Service has issued a yellow code advisory for strong winds all over the country. The warning covers the period between the evening of October 18 and October 19, IPN reports.

The northwestern wind in the period will intensify to 15-20 m/s. Precipitation will fall on Friday, October 18, only in the northern and southern Moldova. The outlook for the weekend is dry. Nighttime temperatures will fall to 1 degree Celsius, while the average daytime temperature will be 15 degrees Celsius.

Next week temperatures will oscillate between 2 and 10 degrees Celsius at night and between 10 and 19 degrees during the day. No precipitation is forecast.
