The State Hydrometeorology Service issued a yellow code warning for rain and high winds in connection with the extension of a southern cyclone on September 13-14. The precipitation will total 15-25 liters per square meter, IPN reports.
On September 14-15, the wind will intensify to 15-20 meters per second in most parts of the country.
