Weather forecasters on Monday afternoon issued a yellow code for rain for the eastern and western districts of Moldova. Tatiana Strugac, head of the State Hydrometeorology Service's Weather Forecasts Center, has told Info-Prim Neo that rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is expected in the eastern part of the country. Locally, there will be heavy rain and hail. The wind will blow at a speed of up to 15-20 m/s. Tatiana Strugac said the rain will then move to the western districts. There will be rain in parts of the country on Tuesday night. The outlook for the second half of the week is warm and sunny.
