A young man died and another suffered multiple traumas after their car crashed into an advertising panel in the Botanica district. Dana Andronic, Traffic Police press officer, told Info-Prim Neo the accident occurred last night, October 14, around 10PM, on Traian Avenue. A little before the accident, the young men were seen exiting a bar. They entered a Mercedes-124 vehicle with Lithuanian plates and drove away fast. The deceased young man was 24. The driver, aged 23, was taken to Emergency Hospital, in the CPR section with severe injuries: multiple traumas, open fractures of the sacral region, femur, shoulder, and trauma shock of the 3rd degree. At the moment it is unknown whether the young man was drunk before he drove, but hemp was found in his car. His father imported vehicles and sold them on the local auto-market. A month ago, the young man and his brother were involved in 2 car crashes with vehicles purchased by their father.
