A 28-year-old man from Chisinau was found dead in front of an apartment building situated on Mircea cel Batran Blvd. General Police Commissariat spokesman Adrian Jovmir has told Info-Prim Neo that the man was stabbed in the chest three times. The police arrested a man aged 27, who is suspected of committing the murder. The suspect said that on February 2 in the evening they drank alcohol together with some friends. They started to quarrel and he decided to resolve the conflict with a knife. The three stabs proved fatal for the victim. The man faces 8 to 15 years in jail for murder.
