Youth organizations that carry out communication, information and promotion activities centering on the interests of the youth are invited to apply for financing for initiatives in the youth sector. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Research on December 12 launched the 2018 Grants Program to the value of about 6 million lei, IPN reports.
Minister Monica Babuc said the projects that will envision regional activities will be offered 70,000-200,000 lei funding, while the financing for national and international activities will be of 100,000-350,000 lei. The grants are intended for organizations whose members are 2/3 young people.
Ion Donea, head of the Ministry’s Youth Division, stated that over 20 projects are annually financed with the allocated sum. The proposed projects must have an implementation period of ten months and must end next December.
The files will be submitted to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research situated at 1 Great National Assembly Square, with the mention 2018 Grants Program, by January 10, 2018.
