100 young people to become leading specialists with help of Next Step project

100 students of Chisinau universities will attend training courses to become top specialists as part of the educational project Next-Step - International Career Trainings for Leading Specialists organized by AIESEC Chisinau, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communique from AIESEC, Next Step will be implemented between October 17 and December 13 at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. It will consist of a series of training seminars on management, human resources and personal development. The seminars will be taught by managers of such companies as Orange, NLP, Lila, Axa Management, U.S. Peace Corps and the Romanian company AlfaLeadership. Among the topics for discussion will be: the oratorical art, project management, creation of the own brand, the art of persuasion, emotional intelligence, organizational culture, leaderism, etc. The seminars will be given in Romanian, Russian and English on the weekend, when the students do not have classes. At the end of the project, the most active ten participants will have internships at international companies or projects in one of the member states of AIESEC.
