A number of 26 polling places in Moldova have been opened with delay this mooring, the representative of the Association “Promo-LEX” Pavel Postica said in a press briefing. The Association has by one observer in almost all the polling places, IPN reports.

The polling places were opened with delays of 55, 20 and 8 minutes. A polling place in China was opened 5 minutes earlier.

According to observers’ reports, the lighting in some of the polling places was poor. There was no safe in two polling places, while in others there was no heat and electricity.

As to the electronic register of voters, Pavel Postica said that technical faults were experienced immediately after the opening of the polling places. In some of them, the system was inaccessible. Queues formed at some polling places.
