The activity of the Party of Regions of Moldova has been limited for a period of three months. A decision in this regard was taken by the Balti Court, which was notified by the Ministry of Justice, IPN reports.
The Ministry of Justice made such a request after the Central Election Commission informed that the Party of Regions did not present the report on financial management for last year, although this is mandatory.
The Balti Court’s decision can be appealed to the Balti Court of Appeals.
