Weightlifters Alexandru Dudoglo and Alexandru Spac brought three more medals to Moldova, won at the European Championships taking place in Turkey’s Antalya, Info-Prim Neo reports In the 77kg class, Dudoglo won bronze in snatch, lifting 158 kg, and for the total result of 344 kg. Alexandru Spac won a bronze medal in the throwing event after lifting 187 kg. At the European Champs this year, Moldova has won already ten medals, of which three golds, three silvers and four bronzes. Cristina Iovu achieved the best result, becoming absolute European champion in the 53kg class. She thus qualified for the London Olympics. Gheorghe Cernei (85kg class), Anatol Caracu (94 kg) and Natalia Priscepa (75 kg) will enter the competitions the next days.
