The program will be later implemented at all the polling places in the country,” said Svetlana Banuta, operator of the project at polling place No.120 in Centru district. Computers connected to the database of the Central Election Commission were installed in the polling places where the system was tested. The system prevents multiple voting. When the project is implemented nationwide, there will be no need to put the stamp ‘voted’ in the identity card.
