The Government approved the norms of time and expenditure for organizing the Baccalaureate exams and secondary school graduation exams on May 28.
Deputy Minister of Education Igor Grosu said the number of Baccalaureate tests that an assessor should check during an hour will be reduced from four to two.
Each member of the working group will receive by 1,500 lei a month for working out the assessment materials or exam programs or for translation, as against 987 lei until now. The pays of heads and secretaries of the Baccalaureate centers and of heads and deputy heads of the national test assessment commissions will also be raised.
The costs for transporting and scanning the tests and for supplying the examination commissions with stationery will be covered with money from the state budget.
Igor Grosu stated that all the costs for holding the exams will be covered so that students’ parents do not need to pay money out of their own pockets.
