A bus with 26 Moldovans on board started to burn in Bulgaria in the evening of September 5. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, no one was hurt.
Contacted by IPN, the Ministry’s press service said the bus, which belongs to a Moldovan company, caught fire while moving. There were 24 passengers and two drivers on it, who were all Moldovans. It happened on Struma highway near Blagoevgrad town.
According to Moldova’s Embassy in Bulgaria, all the persons are now out of danger. The passengers were accommodated and were waiting for another bus to take them to destination.
