CC judge had a separate opinion
A judge of the Constitutional Court (CC) disagreed with the decision passed by the Court on September 20, chairman Dumitru Pulbere announced, quoted by Info-Prim Neo.
“There is a judge who will state his/her opinion within ten days in the Official Gazette, alongside the decision. I cannot give names as I would reveal the secret of the deliberations,” said Dumitru Pulbere.
According to the Constitutional Court chairman, the judge who had a separate opinion considers that the CC had the possibility of telling Parliament that it can amend the constitutional norm by an organic law. “The formulation in the Official Gazette will be vague, but the meaning is this one,” said Dumitru Pulbere.
Today’s hearing of the Constitutional Court was attended by all the judges - Valeria Sterbet, Victor Puscas, Petru Railean, Elena Safaleru and Alexandru Tanase.
