The Central Election Commission has initiated the procedure for validating a seat of MP in the parliamentary group of the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS). It goes to Oleg Botnaru, a substitute candidate on the PAS list, IPN reports.
According to the procedure, the CEC will propose to the Constitutional Court to validate the seat.
Oleg Botnaru, 55, is from Glodeni district and is a philologist by profession. He comes to Parliament to replace late MP Iurie Păsat.
