Artists from Moldova will give a charity concert at the Summer Theater in Chisinau on July 21. The tickets will cost minimum 100 lei. The proceeds from the concert will go to help the flood victims, Info-Prim Neo reports. “We must make common cause when tragedies struck. We want to bring together as many people as possible so as to help the affected persons,” singer Anatol Marzenco told a news conference. The concert titled “Help your Fellows!” will involve Adriana Ochisanu, Arsenium, Ion Suruceanu, Catharsis, Cornel Botgros, Anatol Marzenco and other national stars. “We hope it won't be raining. We plan to sell at least 1,000 tickets,” Ion Suruceanu said. “The people must join forces and support the flood victims,” said Adriana Ochisanu. Cornel Botgros stated the event must not have a political aim, stressing the tragedies should be overcome in concert. According to Ion Suruceanu, the band Zdob si Zdub and singers Nelly Ciobanu and Gheorghe Topa are not in the country now, but promised they will take part in the concert. Romanian singer Fuego is also expected to perform. The concert starts at 7pm.
