Chisinau city hall halts public heating
The Chisinau city hall has ordered the heat supplying company SA “Termocom” should cease the heating in the city, Info-Prim Neo reports.
“The move is based on the fact that the average outside temperature for the last three days was higher than 8 degrees Celsius,” reads a press release issued by SA “Termocom”, as deputy mayor Vlad Cotet inked a decision in this respect on April 3.
The heat supplier says it won't disconnect the hot water.
In 2008 the heating season in the capital ended on April 8.
