The traffic marking for pedestrian crossings around the capital’s education institutions is being renewed. The authorities say they are preparing for September 1, when students will return to classes.
Head of “Exdrupo” municipal enterprise Efim Cheptanari told Info-Prim Neo that the markings in the Buiucani district are almost finished. There are 2-3 addresses left, where work is possible only during the night. There are also 4 other districts left.
Meanwhile, Efim Cheptanari mentioned that the road workers will also apply road marks to the streets that were renovated, such as Dacia, Mihai Viteazul, Petricani and others. The painting costs are estimated at 200,000 lei.
The road marks were applied in May. Around 30 tons of paint were needed for the entire city.
