The faction of the Communist Party left the Parliament’s assembly hall in protest at the fact that none of the bills proposed by the Communist MPs was included in the agenda of the December 5 sitting and because the Parliament’s Regulations would have been violated in terms of the examination of the censure motion against the Government
Communist MP Eduard Musuc has told IPN that the Speaker should have ordered multiplying the motion, distributing it to all the lawmaker and examining it in the current sitting. As this wasn’t done, the parliamentary majority showed that it does not want to discuss the motion.
Head of Parliament Igor Corman announced that the Standing Bureau will decide when the motion will be debated after the Law Divisions says if the motion was formulated correctly or not.
On December 5, the PCRM put forward a new censure motion against the Leanca Government, arguing the negotiations on the Association Agreement with the EU, which was initialed at the Vilnius EaP Summit, were secretized. This motion was put forward less than a month of the submission of another two motions.
