No matter if the head of state is elected or not, the early parliamentary elections are inevitable, considers the leader of the Anti-Mafia Movement Sergiu Mocanu, Info-Prim Neo reports.
“After a presidential crisis that has lasted for two years, in winter we will face a governmental crisis. The country has many debts. The left parties will not vote for the 2012 budget. Filat (Prime Minister Vlad Filat, e.n.) will be forced to resign in such conditions. Filat and Plahotniuc (Vlad Plahotniuc, First Deputy Speaker, e.n.) shared the spheres of influence. I think they will soon shake hands to the society’s detriment. Vladimir Filat, as Vladimir Voronin, is like Vladimir Plahotniuc,” Sergiu Mocanu said in a news conference.
According to him, the election of the President of Moldova is no longer possible. “The election of the head of state, as the European integration, became a mirage. Everyone wants the head of state to be elected, but nobody does something,” said Sergiu Mocanu, adding that even if the President is voted in, he/she will be a naïve person who can be manipulated, or Marian Lupu will become head of state, which is one and the same.
The leader of the Anti-Mafia Movement is convinced that MP Igor Dodon is the second Vlad Filat in the Moldovan politics. “Such politicians as Filat and Dodon are what Moscow wants for our country. They are predictable as their actions can be anticipated for ten years ahead. Now that Dodon left the Communists, we will see such happenings as meetings of the current Premier and Igor Smirnov more often,” said Sergiu Mocanu.
He also said that Igor Dodon is no politician’s project and he will act by himself. “Dodon is too proud to be somebody’s project. He understands that Greceanyi will not be elected President. Moreover, he did not leave the PCRM in order to make her head of state. Dodon has his own ambitions,” stated Sergiu Mocanu. He considers that the whole Moldovan political class can be named the Alliance for Eurasian Integration as they want to integrate the country into the EU by Asian behavior.
Sergiu Mocanu stressed that he does not have access to the public tribunes of the national TV channels, which are mostly owned by Vlad Filat and Vlad Plahotniuc, and thus launched a website of the Anti-Mafia Movement, where he will produce a weekly program.
