The November 1 meeting of the Supreme Council of Magistrates, where the president of the Supreme Court of Justice was to be elected, was adjourned as a quorum was not present, Info-Prim Neo reports. Thus, the meeting could not take place as a quorum of at least eight members of 11 was not present.
