The members of the Chisinau District Electoral Council took a break until 2pm. The preliminary election outcome in the municipality of Chisinau will be made public afterward, the Council’s secretary Victor Pertu has told Info-Prim Neo. With 99% of the votes counted in Chisinau, Igor Dodon earned 52% of the ballot, while Dorin Chirtoaca - 43%.
