ICT Agency answers FAQs
The National Regulatory Agency for Information and Communication Technology added a new Frequent Asked Questions rubric to its official website under the section User's Page, the Agency said in a press release.
The new rubric answers the most frequent asked questions about electronic communication services, including: which are the criteria to look at when choosing an Internet provider? How fast should technical problems be solved with the cable TV network? Am I entitled to compensation if the mobile operator does not observe quality standards?
The FAQs are structured into four thematic compartments: Relations with providers, Telephony, Internet, and Cable TV. All the questions are based on complaints and other correspondence received by the Agency from consumers, and the answers are provided by the Agency's experts.
The Agency promises to periodically update the page depending on the number of questions received. The questions may be sent by mail or e-mail at office@anrceti.md as well as asked via the Agency's help line by dialing 080080080.
