The Constitutional Court deemed unconstitutional the Parliament’s decisions of December 23 and 28, whereby the results of the December 16 elections were endorsed and the date of new elections was set, Info-Prim Neo reports. Consequently, the January 15 elections will not take place. The legislature is to fix a new date for the ordinary elections.
