Labeling of AEI as ‘center-right’ favors Communist propaganda, analyst
The Alliance for European Integration (AEI) is in fact a center, not a center-right one, political analyst Petru Bogatu says on his blog. He specifies that the political center is a political spectrum that combines the left and right positions, while the center coalitions or movements join elements regarded as left or right in a synthetic platform, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Petru Bogatu believes the labeling of the AEI as ‘center-right alliance’ by the Moldovan politicians, experts and journalists favors Communist propaganda and the speculations by Moscow, which insinuates that the PLDM-PDM-PL government represents a narrow sector of the political sphere.
The analyst says the AEI-2 is a centrist force and if it is named as such its image will stand to gain and the alliance will only have prove by deeds that it promotes the interests of most of the people, for everyone’s benefit.
