The Parliament’s legal commission and the special commission for the election of the head of state are looking for solutions what to do next, the chairman of the PLDM Vlad Filat said in a news conference. “The jurists will state their opinions and, depending on the legal examination, we will take a decision. I do not hurry to take cards out of my sleeve or to make legal judgments. The special commission and the legal commission convened and are to formulate proposals in this respect,” said Vlad Filat, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. The presidential elections set for November 18 will not take place as none of the applicants for the presidency was registered by the November 14 deadline.
