A man from Corpaci village of Edinet district was arrested for threatening his partner and his four children aged between 16 and 23 with death and maltreatment, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Ministry of the Interior, the 48-year-old man had drink alcoholic drinks for two days and in the morning of January 2 provoked a quarrel at home. Taking a knife, he tried to attack the woman and his children, but they managed to escape. The man faces a fine of 4,000 to 8,000 lei, 180 to 240 hours of community service, or imprisonment of up to 2 years.
