The chairman of the Democratic Party Marian Lupu welcomed the vote of confidence given by Parliament to the Government headed by Chiril Gaburici, in the name of the PDM.

“We will support all the positive measures that will be taken by this Government for the people and the country, but will de demanding and will demand that the policies defined in the government program should be implemented,” Lupu said after the February 18 sitting of Parliament.

“It’s bad that this process lasted for so long, but today I’m confident that the period of instability at political, economic and social levels was brought to an end and the situation will be stabilized,” stated the Democratic leader.

According to Marian Lupu, the vote of confidence given to the Government is a responsible one, while the early elections are the option of the irresponsible politicians.

The Government was invested by the vote of 60 MPs of the PLDM, PCRM and PDM, IPN reports.
