Independent candidate for mayor of Chisinau Mihai Godea cast his vote at polling place No. 236 in Chisinau at 9.00, Info-Prim Neo reports. Mihai Godea came to the polling place accompanied by his wife and son. There were many voters inside and the candidate had to wait for several minutes before entering the booth. “I came here with thoughts for a safe future. We must be certain when we come to vote and I hope that most of the residents of Chisinau will vote with confidence,” Mihai Godea said after marking his ballot. Mihai Godea also said that he voted for competence, performance and a pleasant Chisinau. He stressed that he wants the people to vote consciously and choose the best development programs and ideas. In the ballot, Mihai Godea is under No. 14. As many as 1,921 persons are expected to vote at polling place No. 236.
