Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Moldovanu and Minister of Transport and Road Infrastructure Anatolie Salaru have been removed from office by presidential decree, IPN has learned from the presidential press service.

President Nicolae Timofti signed the decree at the proposal of interim Prime Minister Iurie Leanca.

Mihai Moldovanu and Anatolie Salaru were fielded to posts by the Liberal Party (PL). In the Cabinet’s meeting today, Ion Ciobanu was dismissed from the post of director of the Forestry Agency “Moldsilva”. He was also proposed by the PL.
