Moldova negotiates compensations for people in need with IMF

The Moldovan authorities are close to ending the negotiations on the provision of compensations to offset the rise in the prices of bare essentials, carried out with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Prime Minister Vlad Filat said in the program “In Profunzime” on PRO TV Chisinau, Info-Prim Neo reports. By the end of the mandate of the current Parliament, the Government will propose a legislative initiative to modify the state budget law so that it allows covering certain costs for the people in need. The Premier avoided giving details, arguing the negotiations with the IMF are not yet over.
