One day after forming a coalition in the Orhei District Council, the PDM and PLDM signed a similar cooperation agreement for the Ialoveni District Council, IPN reports.

In Ialoveni, the document was signed by all the 21 councilors of the factions of the two parties, the PDM has said in a communiqué.

The leaders of the PDM and PLDM, Marian Lupu and Vlad Filat, said that by this cooperation agreement the local councilors assume responsibility for creating a local democratic majority that will contribute to strengthening the pro-European coalition at the local level. It will also offer new possibilities for solving the local problems, reads the communiqué.
