The leaders of the Liberal Democratic Party, the Democratic Party and the group of the Liberal reformers on May 30 signed the agreement on the formation of a pro-European coalition, IPN reports.
The Liberal-Democratic leader Vlad Filat said he thanked the Democratic leader Marian Lupu for finding the power and arguments to leave the party interests aside. He added that the agreement was signed by the leaders and 53 lawmakers who support the new executive.
Marian Lupu said the Democrats will provide full support to the new Government, stressing it is important that this agreement was signed by all the MPs who want to support the new executive.
The leader of the Liberal reformers Ion Hadarca said that he and his colleagues made effort to save Moldova’s European course. He voiced hope that the mandate of the Leanca Government will be constructive.
Prime Minister designate Iurie Leanca promised that the Government will work correctly and will ensure communication between the governmental institutions. He underlined that immediately after the Government is invested, they will start to implement the reforms.
