About 70 members and sympathizers of the PCRM Wednesday staged a protest in the hall of the Ministry of Agriculture, where the parliamentary commissions hold meetings. After protesting for about half an hour, they went to the Government Building, where Communist MP Eduard Musuc handed over a resolution to Prime Minister Vlad Filat, whereby the protesters demand that the ruling alliance resign immediately, Info-Prim Neo reports. The protesters arrived at the Ministry of Agriculture at about 8.30. They forced an entry, but the protest was peaceful. Some of the protesters went up to the 11th floor and showed out a placard with the words “Down with the Alliance”. Communist lawmaker Sergiu Sirbu said that protests will be mounted until the alliance resigns. “Not even the cold weather will prevent us from fighting for justice,” he stated. “They do not deserve ruling the country as they disappointed us. They fed us promises for three years. We seek their resignation,” said a protester. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, the head of the Chisinau City Hall’s Social Humanitarian Division Nina Stratulat said the Communist Party did not announce its protest. The law says the local public authorities must be informed about the planned protests that will involve more than 50 persons.
