The Constitutional Court validated the seat of MP given to the substitute candidate of the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM) Oleg Tulea, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Court. The new lawmaker was born in 1980. Until recently, he held the post of Deity Minister of Youth and Sport. The seat he occupied fell vacant on May 12, 2011, when the legislative body accepted the resignation tendered by MP Anatolie Ghilas. The parliamentary group of the Democratic Party has 15 members.
