According to Victor, another resident of the capital, after Biden’s visit, bilateral relationships between Moldova will be more productive and open towards cooperation. He thinks that as a result of this event, more countries will find about Moldova’s existence and its importance for Washington. Elena from Durlesti, student at the State University of Moldova, hopes the USA will offer more financial assistance. She wishes Moldovan citizens could travel in the US without visas and, if they go there, to return home one day. “It’s an opportune visit and our politicians should draw some conclusions. He advises authorities to promote Moldova more intensively and to tell the international community that Moldovans want a better life.
