The director of the National Anticorruption Center Viorel Chetraru was invited to the February 19 meeting of the Liberal-Democratic parliamentary faction. In a communiqué, the NAC says that Viorel Chetraru will not accept to attend the meetings of the PLDM or of any other party, if similar requests are made, Info-Prim Neo reports. Viorel Chetraru considers that this invitation is another attempt to exert pressure on the Center. However, he expressed his readiness to appear before Parliament or the parliamentary commissions, if he is summoned.
