Prime Minister Vlad Filat ascertained with regret that the destruction of the national patrimony continues. Addressing Minister of Culture Boris Focsa in the April 25 meeting of the Government, he said that though everyone is for preserving the architectural and other monuments, these monuments continue to be destroyed. No record of the works performed is kept, Info-Prim Neo reports. Vlad Filat ordered drafting a bill with clear regulations on the protection of the cultural patrimony and with penalties for the violation of the law.
