President calls Security Council

Moldova's President Nicolae Timofti convenes the Supreme Security Council on July 23 to discuss the country's defense strategy and in particular the state of the weaponry and ammunition kept in the deposits of the armed forces, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Council will hear reports on these issues from Defense Minister Vitalie Marinuta and from National Army Commander Vitalie Stoian. The Supreme Security Council last met on Nicolae Timofti's convocation on June 28.
