The Socialist group on the Chisinau Municipal Council invites all the political forces interested in holding a referendum on the dismissal of Mayor General Dorin Chirtoaca to broad discussions, the group’s leader Ion Ceban said in a news conference, quoted by IPN.

Ion Ceban invited civil society, the press and all the political forces, regardless of the color of the party and political views, to a public dialog that would be broadcast live. “There are two methods of achieving this goal: by collecting the signatures of 10% of all the voters in the municipality or by a vote on the Municipal Council. We are waiting for all those who are not indifferent to the chaos in the city. We must bring to an end these lies, this immorality against the city, corruption, etc.” said the Socialist councilor.

The discussions were scheduled to take place on June 15, 12 noon, in Office 15 of the Chisinau City Hall.
