The Presidential Building will start to be repaired in the second half of this month. The tender contest to choose the contractor that will renovate the building is over. The subject was discussed in a meeting of President Igor Dodon and Turkey’s Ambassador to Moldova Hulusi Kiliç, IPN reports.

“As we agreed with Mister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Presidential Building will be repaired with the assistance of the Government of Turkey and the repair works will start in the second half of January. The repaired building will be inaugurated during the official visit that will be paid by President Erdoğan to Chisinau at my invitation this May,” President Dodon wrote on his Facebook page.

Igor Dodon noted the Republic of Turkey contributes to the implementation of dozens of social projects in Gagauzia, which are to be completed also by this May, when President Erdoğan will make an official visit to Chisinau and to Comrat as well.
