Between October 19 and November 30, Shopping MallDova, the first shopping center built according to international standards, will be celebrating one year of the inauguration. On this occasion, the mall will offer the customers many prizes and organize special events as part of the campaign “Celebrate 1 Year with MallDova”, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the shopping center. Those that will visit the mall in the period will be able to participate in a lottery and win different prizes, including DVDs, vacuum cleaners, irons, microwave ovens, toasters and blenders and such grand prizes as LCD television sets, stereo systems, laptops and Iphones. All those who will make purchases of minimum 300 lei in the shops of the mall can take part in the lottery. The winners of the top prizes will be chosen by draw on November 15 and 30. On November 14 and 15, the residents and guests of Chisinau are invited to celebrate one year of the opening together with Shopping MallDova. The visitors will be entertained by clowns and caricaturists and will be able to watch performances for children, body painting sessions, karaoke and circus shows and concerts by famous Moldovan artists and bands. The first large shopping center in Moldova where one can do the shopping and amuse oneself - Shopping MallDova – was opened in Chisinau on November 15, 2008. It was built at a cost of over 55 million euros. Constructed by the representative office of Summa SA in Moldova, the four-story mall occupies 70,000 square meters. It leases out spaces on 25,000 square meters and includes over 100 shops, a Fourchette supermarket that is 2,300 square meters in area, a Patria multiplex cinema with six screens, interactive electronic games, bowling hall, playground and other recreational facilities.
