The Socialist MPs will not vote for Vlad Filat as Prime Minister. The leader of the Party of Socialists Igor Dodon wrote on his blog that he had a meeting with the Premier designate Vlad Filat on April 15, but didn’t change his stance after it, IPN reports.
“We will not vote for him because he is the leader of a discredited party and a representative of the former AEI, even after its dismemberment. The principles and values of the parties of the former AEI are fully different from those of the Party of Socialists,” said Dodon.
He also said that different political offers are made to the party that he heads. No other details are yet given.
