An adolescent tried to connect a stereo system directly to an overhead power line and was electrocuted to death, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from Red Union Fenosa, the incident happened in Porumbrei village of Cimislia district on July 24. The 17-year-old boy from Lipoveni, Cimislia went to amuse himself together with some friends of his. As witnesses said, the boy climbed the pole and tried to connect the cable to a high voltage power line. He was electrocuted and fell down. The other young persons got scared and ran away. The body of the boy was noticed by a driver passing by in about two hours. The ambulance doctors who arrived on the scene only stated his death. The cable was removed by an emergency squad of the power supplier.
