Three bailiffs remain without licenses

Minister of Justice Oleg Efrim made an order to withdraw the licenses of three bailiffs involved in the cases concerning the raider attacks on banks operating in Moldova, Info-Prim Neo reports. The bailiffs came together for the third bailiffs’ congress, where they criticized the decision of Oleg Efrim, saying they cannot be blamed for what happened as they only implemented court decisions, while the decision to withdraw the licenses is a political one. They also said they will appeal the order to court. Roman Talmaci, chairman of the National Bailiffs Union, said the penalized bailiffs only obeyed the law. The three bailiffs who remained without licenses believe the order made by the minister of justice infringes the Labor Code. There are about 200 bailiffs working in Moldova.
