The most popular pro-European parties of the right should cooperate or should create a common platform for the next parliamentary elections, deputy head of the Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM) Vadim Pistrinciuc stated in the talk show “Important” on TVC21 channel, IPN reports.
According to the MP, there should be a driving force among the parties of the right. “How, by whom or in what way depends especially on the Party “Action and Solidarity” and the Party “Platform Dignity and Truth”, he stated.
Vadim Pistrinciuc said he would not like the PLDM to form a coalition with the Democratic Party if they enter Parliament after the 2018 elections. “This will never be an authentic coalition. This coalition will have one goal – to subdue the other members of the coalition in the shortest period of time, to silence them and to leave things as the Democratic Party will want,” stated the Lib-Dem.
Political analyst Corneliu Ciurea said it would be more convenient for the Party “Action and Solidarity” and the Liberal Democratic Party to merge. When the Democratic Party announced that it will form a coalition with the parties of the right that will enter Parliament, it didn’t refer to Andrei Nastase’s party, which is not considered a party of the right by the Democrats. If the Party “Platform Dignity and Truth” enters the legislative body, the PDM will consider forming an alliance of the center-right that will include the PPPDA.
