Victor Chirila appointed Premier’s adviser on foreign policy matters

The executive director of the Foreign Policy Association Victor Chirila was named adviser to Prime Minister Vlad Filat on foreign policy matters. “I hope my experience and knowledge will help contribute to the promotion of the foreign policy and European integration policy. I want to be useful as I care about my time and my performance,” Victor Chirila stated for Info-Prim Neo. Victor Chirila became executive director of the Foreign Policy Association in 2009. The Government’s order to this effect was signed in December and Victor Chirila took up his duties on January 23. Earlier, the post of adviser on foresight policy matters was held by Iulian Fruntasu, who now serves as Moldova’s Ambassador to the UK.
