There is chaos today in Moldova at political-ideological level. Oligarchic groups were create and the vertical of power was built, where decisions are taken in another place than in state institutions, chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova Viorel Cibotaru stated in the talk show “People’s Council” on 10TV channel, IPN reports.
According to him, this is evident to the foreign partners as well. “We are today in self-isolation and continue to isolate ourselves through absolutely illogical movements from the viewpoint of the national interests,” stated the Liberal-Democratic heavyweight.
Viorel Cibotaru also said that the Republic of Moldova reached the situation when it is regarded as a candidate for the so-called position of “failed state”. This is how a state without a democratic regime can be anytime called. “The people leave the country because they start to feel this absence of elementary rights: to protest, to state their opinion, to assemble. Attacks are witnessed on all fronts,” he stated.
According to Viorel Ciubotaru, after poor governance and after people’s interests are betrayed, new forces appear, promoted by the people. In this regard, the politician referred to the restructuring of the Liberal Democratic Party and said that the party has a new concept with which it can enter any election campaign.
