The chairman of the Party of Communists (PCRM) Vladimir Voronin is convinced that his party will win the November 30 parliamentary elections. “The PCRM is obliged to win the elections and to bring things in order in the country,” he said in a news conference, quoted by IPN.
The politician stated that the current election campaign made a bad impression on him because it is absolutely cynical and full of violations of the legislation. He underlined that it is for the first time that the registration of a clone party was accepted, making reference to the Communist Reformist Party, and that the opposition didn’t have a TV channel, reminding about the closure of NIT channel.
The leader of the PCRM noted that the latest events and the internal struggle between the parties of the ruling coalition show that these parties are in agony. The ruling parties threaten the people with civil war and all kinds of terrorist and extremists and tell them that it is the last chance to save the country, but only the PCRM is and will be the party of peace and stability.
Vladimir Voronin is convinced that the PCRM will manage to restore the people’s confidence in the government and to ensure stability in the country as they know how to do it.
Asked about a possible left-wing coalition with Igor Dodon and Renato Usatyi, Vladimir Voronin said such a coalition is impossible and the phantom companies headed by these were created with the aim of attracting votes from the supporters of the PCRM.
