More than 500 kilograms of spoiled hard cheese were found at a dairy factory in Soroca town. The cheese was to be processed and sold all over the country for 41 lei per kilogram, IPN reports.

On its official website, the General Police Inspectorate says the merchandise was seized and stored until a definitive decision about what to do with it is taken.

If they are found guilty, the managers of the company will be fined 20,000 to 25,000 lei or will be banned from holding executive posts for a period of three months to a year.
